Reservation Info:

• 30% deposit required for reservation ( Check or  Money Order  sent via mail)
• Balance due upon arrival (US Currency Only; Cash, Money Order or Travelers Check, Please note; No Personal Checks or Credit Card at Check-in)
• Occupancy numbers are strictly enforced by North Wildwood Enforcement Codes
• Reservationists must check in and occupy unit throughout reservation , valid state ID required at Check-in, must be at least 25 years old.
• Children under 5 years old are free
• No refunds for early departures
• All rates are subject to NJ sales and tourists taxes (14%)
• Deposits can be refunded minus 25% administrative fees if canceled minimum two weeks in advance in writing, less than two weeks> no refund)
• Incidental deposit of $50 cash due at check-in
